We provide computer services to individuals and SoHo (small office/home office) businesses who want problems solved quickly, explained clearly, and priced fairly — no upselling, no jargon.
I got into computers back in the early 1980s — before there was anywhere to go for help. My first computer was a Commodore 64, no hard disk, just a floppy and a tape drive. From there I moved up to an IBM PC Model 5150 — still no hard drive, but now dual floppy drives. If something broke, you figured it out yourself, so that's what I did. I used to build computers from the ground up, and it wasn't just the hardware — I learned to program as early as the Commodore 64 days too. By the mid-1980s I was already tutoring others on how to use them. I've been fixing, building, and troubleshooting computers ever since. Along the way I earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Penn State University, and after decades of hands-on experience, I made it official: I've been running Wolfe Computer Services as a professional business for the past 20+ years.
I live in the Sewickley area, about 15 minutes outside Pittsburgh. Outside of the business, I'm the evangelist of Outreach Christian Church, a church plant my family and I started in Coraopolis, PA, and I stay active in the community — teaching technology classes at the Coraopolis Community Development Center and taking part in local events like Coraopolis Youth Creations' Back-to-School Bash. When you call Wolfe Computer Services, you're not talking to a call center — you're talking to your neighbor.
